To Hate Or Not To Hate

"Hatred is a poison that fills your body. It becomes impossible to think of anything else but the object of your hatred. Sometimes if you don't encounter the object of your hatred for a length of time, the hatred may dissipate throughout your body. You may under the impression that the feeling is gone. The truth is that is has spread like a cancer. It is very important if possible to tell the person who you are angry with how you feel. If this is not possible it might be helpful to discuss your feelings with others. In any case do not let this hatred sit and poison your body."

I recently saw the paragraph above online and it really spoke to me. My recent interactions with one of the lowest beings in the universe has evoked feelings of hatred toward this individual. Reading this reminded me how toxic hate can be and I have decided to put forth a sincere effort at removing this indiviual from my life [in more than one way]. Their virtual abesnce will only be complemented by their physical departure. Some say avoid revenge. I say fuck that. I'm the nicest person in the world but if you screw me over my vindictive nature will be your hell on earth. West Indians have a saying "Do for do ain't obear," and everyone knows that "all is fair in l*ve and war" and since this is war I have no restrictions or restraints. All I can say is my actions are well deserved. When all is said and done I will no longer hate this scum...I will simply smile with satisfaction. Adios!
